James Fish is a UX design consultant and design thinking coach. He worked as a design researcher for four years at Proteus Digital Health in Silicon Valley, focusing on concept and usability testing, service design, market research, and behavioral health interventions. Previously, James studied sociology and economics at Harvard University, and applied design thinking on projects for Sennheiser and C&A with the HPI School of Design Thinking (d.school), where he also currently coaches.
