Benjamin Richy is an UX Strategist, Facilitator and Trainer. He worked 20 years in the software industry as CRM consultant before discovering that being customer-centred is not enough! For him, being more human-centric is crucial to succeed in business. He helps organizations to manage multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects by mixing brand experience, user experience and employee experience.
Benjamin has run more than 20 Design Sprint in France and Europe and worked as Jake Knapp’s assistant facilitator.
He fell in love with a lot of methods: Lean UX, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. But he does not forget that these methods are only a powerful tool, if they really deliver value to organizations, customers and users.
